About Us

Wilson's Home Hardware joined Home Hardware Ltd. in 1968 with the purchase of Turnbull Bros. on Water St. in Digby N.S. Our building supplies were kept down at the head of the fisherman's wharf in the Old Iron Duke building. Business went on as usual until 1974 when we relocated to our current location on Warwick St. where we brought everything under one roof. In 1983, we expanded to our present size of 15,000 square feet and have recently remodeled the stores inside to reflect current signage and merchandising techniques.

Our inventory consists of over 32,000 items with everything from housewares to lumber and building supplies. Special orders are a priority in our store and we will source and get most anything you may want at a competitive price. Other sections of our store include sports, paint, garden, heating, plumbing, tools, nails, appliances, contractor sales, a repair shop etc.

Our President and General Manager of the store is Tim Sabean and the Vice President is Murray Marshall. Our main rule at the store is customer first so if you're in our store you can expect quality service and great prices too.
